We design our in-flight meals with nutrition in mind and prioritize using fresh, local ingredients to create options that are healthy and taste great. We cater to all dietary requirements, with our menu featuring keto, gluten-free and dairy-free options.
We choose nutrient-dense ingredients and ensure that each of our meals is rich in vitamins and antioxidants.
We have curated our menu so that each dish is based around un-processed foods. We believe it’s incredibly important to give our customers the option of meals that contain no or very little processed food.
We prioritise fresh and healthy ingredients and always try to source our ingredients as locally as possible.
Our meals consist of multiple food groups so you’re obtaining a wide range of macronutrients (carbs, proteins, fats) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals, antioxidants), all of which are needed to keep you full of energy and feeling good.
We are all about getting as much nutrition as possible into every bite. We believe in the power of plant-forward, nutrient-dense foods, like vegetables, legumes, complex carbs, and focus on quality proteins from animal and plant sources.
To make sure you’re getting the most of your food (and nothing you don’t need!), all of our meals exclude preservatives, additives and ingredients we choose to say "no" to.
